Grey day

...but I nipped out to do a spot of gardening! With my little apple green bucket and rake! he he
I planted two white daffodil bulbs - a little late, but we'll see.
And my tulip and iris bulbs are showing, so it's all a bit topsy turvy out there!
I trimmed back my baby pink violas in my giant teacup planter, they look gorgeous, and the hardy fuschias and helebores have buds on! Sweet stuff.

Also been doing some oil painting, so keep getting small headaches...but the paintings are looking lush so far. I just hope they dry in time for Christmas day! ha haaa

Current loves: Harpers Bazaar, Late of the Pier - Bathroom Gurgle (STILL!), Sophie Dahl, sleeping in, chilly time in the garden - very refreshing!, tea in our mix and match cups and saucers - with a pinch of cinammon in (try it!), having time to paint my nails very neatlyyyyy, walking round the house in my underwear, my gorgeous sparkly Christmas decor and quite how many little creative ideas I have in this little head of mine right now, I could burst!

Oh and I definately think these need to be made:

Lovely Lady Luck!

Also, I found my childhood carousel pencil sharpener. Love love love it aaaall over again!
